These Website Terms apply only to the official Gratoka website and adult-directed campaign pages. Gratoka is the planned new name for Playdo, the existing iPhone and iPad app from Magic Forge Inc. They do not replace App Store terms, purchase rules, or agreements for the released app.

The site is informational for adult parents, guardians, media, and other adults. Do not submit child personal information. You may make personal, non-commercial use; do not interfere with operation, bypass security, misuse automated access, misrepresent affiliation, infringe rights, or present content as your own.

Content, names, artwork, and design belong to Magic Forge Inc or licensors. External links, including the App Store, are governed by third parties; the current listing is the public source for availability, version, and purchases. Android is in development with no Google Play listing or release date announced. The site makes no educational, developmental, medical, or therapeutic guarantee. Content and availability may change and the site is provided “as available” to the extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Magic Forge Inc is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages from website use.
