Information handled and purposes
The released Playdo app and this website have different contexts. The current App Store listing displays “Data Not Collected”; the app policy describes limited operational technical diagnostics and says the app does not display third-party advertising. Website campaign measurement may process a landing URL and referrer, time, IP address, user agent, browser and device information, cookies or similar identifiers, and support-message information. We use this information to operate, secure, troubleshoot, respond to adults, understand aggregate use, and measure visits and App Store link clicks. We do not state that no personal data is processed.
Pinterest measurement when enabled for a campaign
When enabled for a campaign, we may use Pinterest Tag and server-side Pinterest Conversions API. Possible data include the landing URL and referrer, time, IP address, user agent, browser or device information, Pinterest, browser, or click pseudonymous identifiers when available, and Pinterest campaign, ad group, ad, and creative identifiers. Events may include PageVisit and app_store_click. The purposes are measurement, attribution, reporting, and optimization of advertising for adult parents or guardians.
Nonessential tags are used only after required consent where applicable. You may manage cookies and consent choices in your browser or on the relevant page. See Pinterest's Privacy Policy, personalization information, Spanish information, and AdChoices.
Limits. This tracking targets adult parent or guardian visitors. It does not send children's data, IDFA/IDFV, installs, trials, purchases, in-app activity, email, phone, or child-profile data to Pinterest. This describes a possible campaign configuration and does not mean Pinterest is already active.
Service providers and disclosures
We may use hosting, security, analytics, support, and advertising-measurement providers, and disclose information only as needed for services, law, protection of rights and security, or a lawful business transfer.
Retention
We retain information only as reasonably needed for these purposes, legal obligations, disputes, and security.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no system is completely secure.
International processing
Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where Magic Forge Inc or its providers operate.
Adults and children
The site and campaign pages are for adult parents and guardians, not children. Do not submit a child's personal information; contact us if you believe this happened.
Rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, or information about processing; we may verify requests.
Changes
We may update this policy and post a new effective date.
